THE VISION
Aurora Tower stands as a beacon of kinetic energy—a sculptural synthesis of biological fluidities and high-luxury living. Named for the dawn, the tower is designed to catch the first and last light of the day, turning its facade into a shifting canvas of amber and gold. The form twists gently as it ascends, creating a "living" silhouette that turns its face continuously toward the sun and the skyline. It challenges the rigidity of traditional skyscrapers, offering instead a fluid, organic presence that feels grown from the earth rather than built from static parts.
ARCHITECTURAL LOGIC
The Parametric Exoskeleton The tower’s signature is its fluid golden lattice—a structural bronze-alloy skin inspired by the microscopic strength of marine Radiolaria. This perforated veil wraps the glazed volumes in a protective embrace, acting as a "breathable skin." The lattice density is data-driven: tighter on the south to block solar heat, and open on the north to invite natural light. This creates a functional jewelry-like texture that creates privacy while framing panoramic views.
Bioclimatic "Lungs" The building is defined by a double-helix geometry, intertwining two primary volumes around a central, open-air canyon. This fluid void acts as a thermal chimney, utilizing the stack effect to pull cool air from the shaded plaza and exhaust heat at the crown. It is a passive ventilation strategy that allows Aurora Tower to "breathe," significantly reducing reliance on mechanical cooling while integrating nature into the vertical core.
Ground-Plane Fusion True to the Bogat ethos of urban responsibility, the tower does not sit on a detached podium. Instead, the golden lattice unravels at the base, flaring out to form fluid canopies and pavilions. This creates a shaded, human-scale urban forest where the boundary between the skyscraper and the street dissolves, inviting the community into the flow of the architecture.
